Upgrade Options We Can Help With
💺
Preferred & Extra-Legroom Seats
Aisle, window, front-of-cabin and extra-legroom seats (e.g., exit rows) within your current cabin, subject to airline fees.
⬆️
Premium Economy
Wider seats, more recline and enhanced service on many international and transcontinental routes.
🥂
Business Class
Lie-flat seats on many long-haul aircraft, priority boarding and lounge access (varies by airline).
👑
First Class
The airline's top cabin where offered — pricing and availability are set by the airline.
How It Works
- Call (888) 973-7318 with your booking reference.
- We check availability and the airline's upgrade price for your specific flight and fare class.
- You approve the total cost — airline upgrade charges plus any agency service fee are disclosed before payment.
- We confirm your new seat or cabin and send an updated itinerary by email.
Good to Know
- Upgrade availability and pricing are controlled entirely by the airline and can change until the upgrade is ticketed.
- Some deeply discounted fares (e.g., Basic Economy) are not upgrade-eligible on certain airlines.
- Frequent-flyer mileage upgrades must usually be requested directly with the airline operating your loyalty program; we can advise you on the process.
- Seat fees and paid upgrades are generally non-refundable once confirmed, except where the airline fails to provide the purchased service — in that case you are entitled to a refund of the fee under U.S. DOT rules.
DOT protection: If you pay for a seat or upgrade and the airline does not provide it (e.g., aircraft swap, involuntary downgrade), you are entitled to a refund of the fee paid. We will assist you in requesting it. See our Refund Policy.
